rcllr migrate-name

Move a brain from the old name dummkopf to rcllr. Lists the steps; --apply carries them out.

rcllr migrate-name [options]

Renames dummkopf.toml to rcllr.toml, replaces the command name in AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md and reinstalls hooks from before the rename. Notes stay untouched. Files outside the brain are only listed.
