Coming from the Python version

Releases up to 0.2.0 were written in Python and installed with uv tool install. The TypeScript version reads the same brains: same dummkopf.toml, same folders, same frontmatter, same hooks. Nothing needs converting.

1. Install the new version as described in the Quickstart.
2. Remove the old one: uv tool uninstall dummkopf (or pipx uninstall dummkopf).
3. The installed hooks call dummkopf by name, which now starts rcllr. To move to the new name, see Coming from dummkopf.
