rcllr write
Write one file from Markdown on stdin, no JSON.
rcllr write <path> --expected REV [options]Metadata comes from the frontmatter. A new topic needs a README in the same package: use ingest for that.
Examples
rcllr write notes/topic.md --scope work --expected new <<'EOF'
---
key_fact: Proven statement
aliases: [topic]
