examples/demo-brain shows a hobby topic, a work topic and one sensitive note.

Every note starts with frontmatter. rcllr fills gaps when it writes:

summary: Starter lives in the fridge; feed 1:5:5 the evening before baking.
aliases: [bread, starter]

key_fact is the one sentence the index shows. summary is its short form. aliases feed the search. period (months like 2026-09) and entities feed the links map.
